At Déco, we understand that waiting for your new sofa is exciting! Shipping a sofa takes a bit more care than sending smaller items, so we handle it with extra attention to make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. While it might take a little longer than a small package, we promise it’s worth the wait!

Delivery in Laos:
Expect your order to arrive in 2-6 days. If you’re in a hurry, we offer same-day shipping for orders placed within 24 hours (Orders placed before 8 AM are fulfilled the same day).

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and charged as freight collect (paid upon delivery).

Daily/Weekly Maintenance

• Shake or Lightly Brush:
  Use a soft-bristle clothing brush or your hands to gently shake off surface dust and fluff the fibers.

• Vacuum Gently:
  Use a handheld vacuum or vacuum cleaner with a low-suction upholstery brush attachment. Always brush in the direction of the wool's natural lay.

Spot Cleaning (For Spills & Stains)

• Act Fast:
  Blot the area immediately with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. Don’t rub—it can embed the stain and damage the wool fibers.

• Use Wool-Safe Cleaner:
  Mix a small amount of wool-safe detergent with cool water. Dampen a soft cloth with the solution and gently blot the area.

• Rinse with Damp Cloth:
  Use another cloth dampened with clean water to blot away any soap residue.

• Dry Naturally:
  Let it air-dry in a well-ventilated room—never use heat, and avoid direct sun or hair dryers.

Avoid:

• Bleach or harsh detergents

• Scrubbing with abrasive brushes

• Soaking the fabric

• Exposure to high heat or strong sunlight
