We’re so excited for you to receive your order!
To help us support you better, please make sure to record a video of the unboxing process from start to finish—before opening the box or package.

If you notice any issues with the product, simply send the video to our team within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to help. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement for you within 24 hours. (In case the item is out of stock, the wait time may be up to 20 days.)

Please note: Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims or offer replacements. Thanks for your understanding and support!
